Refund policy

TRNDA ensures the Quality and Compliance of Products sold on the online store, and will make sure to return, exchange, refund or compensate our customers of our own accord. We believe in customers' trust, and we will do our best to achieve it.
  • Returned products must be in the original packaging and with labels. It is not possible to return a product without price tags or already opened, worn and used. If you accidentally damaged the price tag or the package when opening the order, the principle of reasonableness applies to the return.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal entity. The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders. Special orders are wholesale orders or any other customer orders for goods or services that are not routinely handled by TRNDA. This includes orders that have a digital print, engraving or some other specifically requested special design on them.
  • If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
  • The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the ordered or defective goods.
  • All returned products are the responsibility of the customer until they have reached the Seller. The customer must make sure that everything is packed correctly, and the risk of the product being damaged during transport is completely ruled out.
  • In case of partial return of the order shipping fees may not be refunded. That is if the delivery cost is calculated as a unit price per package, regardless of the number of products in the package.
  • The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.
  • The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
